SpaceTour Kourou - Rockets under Palms

Come with us to South America and visit the European Spaceport (Centre Spatial Guyanais) in Kourou, French Guiana! You will be amazed at the launch pads of the european rockets Ariane 4 and 5, you will get exclusive views in preparation and accomplishment of space flights till the build of the launch pads for the Soyuz and the Vega, which will depart from Kourou in the near future

Our SpaceTour to Kourou in the fantastic inviolated tropical French-Guiana begins with the Airfrance-flight from Paris-Orly (other Airports at request) to Cayenne-Rochambeau.

After arrival in Cayenne we go to Kourou by car or shuttlebus. All flightickets, all transfers, all lodgin, catering (breakfast) and the visiting programs are included in the price.

Our Space-Travel-Jorney is not a package tour (that means, you go on your own risk). But you will get unforgettable and exclusive views in space travel at european space port!

Knowledge of french language is not necessary - the communication will be in englisch. The travelling companions are exite fans of space travel and astronomy by one self like you!

The southern stars, the tropical jungle, the beaches and the land will play an important role on this journey, too. As a french territory French Guiana is a part of the EC - currency is the Euro!

The climate is tropical an the temperatures are about 28°C. Temperature-controlled rooms are standard. Even our journey falls in the rain-season there will be much sunlight over the ELAs...

Our journey to Kourou in South America offers you not only the visit of the European Spaceport (Centre Spatial Guyanais) in Kourou, French Guiana. Under informed leadership and with unique views in the CSG you will stand at locations, where you can feel space travel live. You in addition come togehter with interesting people in the conversation, which are directly involved to European space travel projects. Our led journey with english/german-speaking travelling companions to French Guiana lasts approx. 7 days. Our visiting-programm, which far goes about the usual CSG trip for tourists out, nowhere is offered once again in this way.

The following run is planned: regular flight Paris-Cayenne (economy), voyage to Kourou, lodging in Hotel des Roches in Kourou with breakfast (the hotel is located on a dreamlike palmbeach), visit CSG (European Spaceport - Centre Spatial Guyanais) in Kourou inclusive Jupiter-Controlcenter, ELA-Launch-Pads and CSG-facilities, jungle tour, Space-Museum, Visit of the construction site for the Soyuz, guided tour through diverse CSG-facilities, excursion in the land of French Guiana, recreation day (pool / beach), voyage to Cayenne, regular flight back to Paris; An important role will play the wunderful land, the tropical jungle (the biggest forest in the EC), the southern sky (cleer view preconditioned) and the recreations at the beaches of Guiana at this exclusiv tour, too; Photos of a past journey you can find here under this link as a photoshow.
